Getting Acquainted

Schedule a complimentary Initial Consultation to discuss the details of what you are looking for in your trip. I will send you a questionnaire in advance of the call to get you started. And during the call I will tell you more about the TBG process and how we work together.

Designing your Heart Journey

After you take care of the service fee I will begin crafting your one of a kind heart journey and present you with a proposal tailor-made for the experience you want to have.

Review & Confirm

Together we will review and refine the proposed itinerary until it fits your vision. Once we have it just right, I will book every element of your journey from the flights and accommodations to the activities and dining.

Support

Before you travel we will provide you with all necessary travel documents. While you are on your journey, I will be available if a need arises. Once you return, let us hear all about your trip.

Preparation of up to 3 quotes and well thought out itineraries
Reserving and booking each element of your trip
Securing quotes for comprehensive travel insurance
Administration of your booking and management of all details from deposit to departure
Follow-up post-trip with suppliers (as needed)
